Shorts are horrible for cooking recipes unless you actually provide the recipe verbally or in the video. Also, if you watch YouTube on your TV you can't click the description for a link. Therefore, you must provide the recipe in the video.
Is it just me or do other people think “short” cooking videos and idiotic, moronic, and just plain stupid. Seriously how in blue h*ll is a person supposed to determine ingredients, amounts, and or special techniques for a “dish” on a “short video.”

Franchise is breaded first off, & Piccata has capers, and isn’t breaded !
Franchise does Not! Same kinda recipe…. But people it’s not! AMERICAS TEST KITCHEN……… UMMM 🤔 I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY ?!
Too short. Need more details and explanations.
I agree watching without instructions is not very helpful. I don’t mind watching longer and getting better context. Thanks!
I really enjoyed the quick and straight forward recipe
Style over substance! Shorts don't work for recipes, you have no clue what's going on without a list of ingredients.
Looks like piccata to me.
