  1. I know the plastic wrap is easier, but aside from the pollution caused by its use, you are actually pounding plastic into to the food. Very unhealthy. I'm a big fan of ATK, but it's just critical that we start looking responsibly at toxic "conveniences." Where better than the kitchen?

  2. Julia is really enthusiastic about that puff 🤣🤣🤣 I'm on board with an apple fennel remoulade but that is way too much raw celery for me. I love what celery does to meat when it's cooked, but raw… it actually gives me a headache. Idk 🤷‍♂️
