尖酸刻薄?
I love to watch your show
My family has been making 3 cup chicken with a cup each soy, rice wine and rice vinegar (the black one from the Asian aisle).
Gotta wash that nasty taste out a her mouth!
I wonder where they got their recipes because what is this caucacity of three cups chicken??? And what in the world are these tofu brands???? Did they even consult a chinese/taiwanese person on this????
Could clarified butter be used.instead of vegetable oil ?
Anyone actually make this? or is it just one of those pointless channels? Bashed cucumber? Really? Life's too short.
The sesame oil makes this dish! Sad 😕😯😯how they just alter and divert. They are really Shameless!! 😯😯
U make the recipe look like it's free.
Instead one has to sign up and pay for the recipe.
It's very annoying. I love the Test kitchen. I don't want to sign up for the recipe. Lots of other sites have free recipes.
Terrible. Chines people will be insulted.
I would like to offer this comment as a sacrifice to the great algorithm, so that it might look favorably upon this video.
And if one does not have black vinegar any good substitution suggestions??
Needed a quick Asian dressing, check. But it would be nice if some ''alternatives'' were provided in your recipes… ie the black vinegar costs over $20 and you may never use it again, can you use apple cider v. or rice wine v. with equal success? Or does that just spoil the recipe?
I'd like to see ATK get up to speed with the actual nutrition facts of: vegetable oils, soy products and processed foods are BAD and should be shunned and NOT featured when their better replacements could be used… LIQUID AMINOS, OLIVE OIL, coconut OIL spray, pork rind panko crumbs… Etc… C'mon guys!! Get on board with low carb and a healthier influence…
Try stir fried bitter melon with beef or chicken wings. Real Cantonese food lol. need to add it on top of the white rice and eat it with chopsticks.
Too many substantial substitutions.
Honestly this is such an excellent channel. Research and knowledge meets entertainment. And I love every single presenter and their different personalities.
when i use to watch this show on public access television 📺 my favorite was and still is these two ladies, ( bridget and julia ) …
beautiful and talented ladies 🙇🏻
so glad that they are on @YouTube …
a thought that i just had …
i wonder if they prank each other 😆 ( ? )
Someone needs a tiny whisk…. I know a guy who might be able to get you one….
The marinahhhd talk was some Chris Kimball shade hunny
I thought that she was ready to gag.
oops i might have the wrong word. but ive seen cooks say dont use the liquid that you marinade your chicken (or any meat) because it bad and will make you sick… thanks again, love your videos
i though it was bad to use the marinade of the chicken isnt it called cross contamination. thank you.
Alternative : brown garlic n garlic 1st, then add the sugar (caramelized)
Could anyone please tell me if the cucumber dish is traditionally served at room temperature or chilled? Please and thank you.
Keith could smash me anytime
I don't have black vinegar. The ones I currently have are regular white vinegar, apple cigar vinegar and balsamic vinegar. I wonder what the closest substitute would be?
"Fat Separator"? My Grandparents and my Parents just tilted the pot and used a spoon to skim off the fat. Price: $0.00.
All those tofus expired ~2 years ago … 13:05
NONE OF THE RECIPES WILL PRINT UNLESS YOU GET A PAID SUBSCRIPTION
I love this channel. I asked myself "why smash instead of cut?" and they had a whole graphics package there to explain it. Great stuff.
Love the cucumbers smashing!! Who knew?
We do not get kosher salt in India . Could we use regular table salt ?
Can you someday show a recipe for Yuba Noodles. I had never heard of tofu skin being used before. The recipe I viewed was a salad. Can the yuba noodles be used for hot dishes?
So who are those that vote thumbs down?
I loved her expression when she took that first bite of tofu. She tried not to show it but it was clear she didn't like something about it.
