  3. I have to try this just gonna use oat milk and flaxseed instead of eggs as I have a family history of cancer so need to avoid the estrogen in dairy and the choline in eggs–thanks so much for posting

  4. Something completely different, yet also a dessert: the layering of this (amazing!) crêpe cake brought up associations of Spekkoek (Lapis Legit)… It's an Indonesian-Dutch layer cake and can taste amazing! I'd love to see you create a Spekkoek 🙂

  5. I'm from Belgium and I grew up with crêpes (we call them pancakes). Never have I ever used a recipe, I know the ingredients, but the amounts are always eyeballed. We do have a dedicated pancake pan, which can only be used for pancakes. It is very flat and thin and essential, even in my very minimalistic pans and pots drawer ❤
