How to make coffee bun/coffee bun recipe/모카번만들기/rotiboy/paparoti



Let’s make a delicious coffee bun.

Ingredient (10 minutes)
Water 110g, Instant dry yeast 7g, Sugar 35g, Salt 7g, Milk 100g,Bread Flour 350g , Butter 20g
Rechargeable: Salted butter 5gx10ea (You may add a little salt to unsalted butter)

Mocha Topping: 60g butter, 60g sugar, 70g wheat flour (All-purpose flour), 1 egg, coffee liquid (3t instant coffee powder + 2t water) (use 3 tea bags)

TIP.
Water and milk temperature:
Cold water in summer
In winter, turn it on a microwave oven for 30-40 seconds before use (Never use hot water.)

Bake 170-180°C (338-356°F)/8-12 minutes in a preheated oven (depending on oven specifications)

  1. 제빵 배우기 시작하면서 집에서도 해보고 싶은데 미니오븐이라 학원양으로 작게해도 뭔가가 안 맞는지 부풀지도 않고 맛도 영 없었는데 마미님 이영상보고 커피빈했는데 넘 양도 딱 맞고 맛도 기가막히게 맛있네

  2. This is one of the best bread recipe I ever tried although I made a few adjustments on the coffee mixture the first time I tried it cause I thought it is too much. Instead of 3tsp coffee and 2tsp water, I did 3 tsp of water and 1&1/2 tsp of coffee. It still turned yummy and the coffee flavor was still strong but tolerable.

  3. Здравствуйте, в рецепте написано 1 яйцо , а когда вы замешиваете тесто ,то яйцо туда не кладете, а яйцо нужно класть ,или его там не должно быть, просто счас хочу попробовать сделать,
