How to Make Crispy Air Fry Pork Belly With Lettuce:
Ingredients:
1 kilo pork belly
700g lettuce
7 cloves garlic (cooked in microwave)
Ssamjang dipping sauce

Procedure of Cooking Crispy Air Fried Pork Belly.
1. Wash and boil 1kg pork belly until the pork is soft and tender.
2. Drain water and season the pork belly with salt, black pepper and aromatics.
3. Cook the pork belly for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the pork is crispy.
4. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
5. Cook the garlic in microwave.
6. Prepare the Ssamjang dipping sauce and rice.
