PRO TIP: Put the steak in the freezer for 45 minutes before cutting so it's easier to chop into smaller strips!

I made this but my beef was not crispy at all. I followed the steps as shown. I fried the beef twice as long as recommended, which crisped them up a bit. Any ideas why no crisp?
