So I hate to rain on everyone's parade and maybe it's because of where I live but where does one even buy yuca it's certainly not in any of my grocery stores which tells you where I live that there is a food shortage or a fresh food shortage I love cooking with ATK but I'm kind of angry that ATK always assumes that I am someone that makes more than the average income in the US and lives in a great place I don't but I want to cook well so help me be a part of your program but not feel excluded

  5. Yuca 1 cup calores – raw/steamed 330 – cooked 237 – boiled xxxx

Yuca fits right up in the area between many bean varieties … and parsnips, garlic, sweet potato, yams, potatoes
