Are they twins?
Cooking spray lot easier 😋
Apparently ground pepper is spicy??
Ready to try to cook that
This show is a shell of itself when Christopher Kimble steered the ship. These chicks were cool back then but now that he is gone and these two are at the helm, they seem like they are in competition with each other. Doesn’t feel sincere, almost like it’s a forced effort to play nice. Quite frankly, what was once a fantastic show under Kimble’s leadership is now unwatchable!
Make it better? at the end, coat and rebake on the grill… and then recoat and serve. You'd be amazed. (Double cooking works really well for pulled pork, too!)
What about the secret ingredient baking powder?
I could watch these two cook 24/7
Instead of flour – use baking powder or corn starch – better crunch
90 minutes cooking time?!?!
The cook time is way too long. The wings were done in 45 minutes.
Tried these wings and they dried out. Followed exactly, but even had them at a lower temp on the grill. Taste was there, but def cooked to long.
90 minutes at over 400 degrees, seems a bit extreme! I can cook a whole chicken in that time at 350. If you want better penetration of your hot sauce don't mix with butter!
What an Incredible Energy, Recipe and Results!! Thanks for this recipe and your Cooking experience. Not to mention, Beautiful People ❤❤❤
Just made these wings, DAMN were they good! Super tender, tasted better than most of the pizza/wing places around here.
They look delicious but I don't know if I would go through all those steps to get crispy chicken wings when you could just fry them.
Ty!
You all lost me at saying you have to use one of the most underwhelming hot sauces available today. Advertising dollars sell lacklustre wings these days. Sad. I loved the technique, but ditch Frank's.
I am from buffalo AND I APPROVE!!!!
Not the cheater way…that’s actually the way we make the sauce In Buffalo.
Hello Alligators ❤ 🌹 🍷
Lot of time and effort for a small finger food, sorry I love learning about why certain foods go together, but I'm totally confused with the sweet and sour ingredients eg to me its just canceling each other out, like why put in a sour ingredients then add sweetness to balance out the taste, so why put it in, is my thinking.
Cool beans. My nephew would love these. Me, not so much. I have a somewhat tender palate.
I like the chemistry between Julia and Bridget. Especially Bridget. The wings look amazing. Thank you.
I have got to try this. Thanks for the recipe. I'll let you know how they turned out after Thanksgiving…😎😎
Did you try to grill them first for 45 min and then fry them ?
You can also use a batter to coat chicken and cook the same way for smoked fried chicken, yes the batter will crisp up…
Weak… use a little baking powder to get the skin to blister like a deep fry.
Woooow its nice. How about this? https://youtu.be/ONyJx9ryR9E
I grill my wing on grill mats with nothing but salt and pepper on them. I NEVER got dry wings, they basically cook on their own fat which renders. I always get rave reviews from people swearing its the best wings they ever tried. IF I wanted breaded crust I would just toss them in the flour and fey then for 10 minutes. No way I spend 2 hours to do a pseudo fry on my grill when either geilling or frying work better and faster
Crush pork rinds work the best as a breading. Cheers!
Lol the way she sounds when she said closer at 3:30
what a hassle would never go through all that!!
Love these recipe videos. Thanks
Can this be done in the oven ?
If so what temperature and what would the cooking time be?
Thanks 😊
Hello my name is Jimmie if you could do diabetic meals keto meals really don't taste that good
I'm definitely doing this but leaving out the hot sauce in the brine as well as the cayenne in the flour so I can mess with multiple sauces. I prefer my wings naked served with sauces on the side. Excellent recipe and demo. Grill fry. Who knew?
Pizza with pesto and sausage onions Bell peppers Oilers and pepperrione and cheese
Can you do these in the oven?
Who wants to wait 90 min for so few wings! Fried wings wouldn’t be that much more oil. Y’all keep grill in’ yore wings, I’ll keep fryin’ mine.
To oil grill.. turn burner OFF (to prevent flare up), spray with PAM, turn burner back on.
Oil the wings the same way. Chef showed me that.
Where is the homemade beer🍺🦃🗽🇺🇸👩🦳👩🦳😉😉😳👩💻👩💻👩🍳👩🍳
