This was so easy and so darn tasty!!! I plan on making this instead of mashed potatoes for this Thanksgiving.

This is my favorite fun recipe of cooks country. Thank you. Keep going
I made this for dinner tonight as a side for some simple roasted chicken and cucumber salad with sour cream, salt and pepper, and it was spectacular! I got a few comments that these potatoes were the best part of the dinner. 😀 Delish!!
Just made this. Insanely good!

On the search bar I typed "Cook's Country Lawman's Potatoes". Making these tonight with Cornish Hens.

It must taste like a mouthful of sodium!
Looks delish!
Crushed or smashed new potatoes have, including this one, deliciously flavored butter sauces. But I find their crushed appearance a little off putting, so I cut the potatoes into quarters then gently toss. I think they look much more appetizing on the plate, especially when accompanied by a small, well-seared steak and crisp tender green beans.
You folks make some wonderful videos. This was yet another one.
These looks great but I think they would be even better to crisp up more at the end in a pan or throw in the air fryer.
But a lot of garlic stays in the garlic press.
I don’t like a garlic press.
It is wasteful!!!
Delicious looking!
I've been making my version of these potatoes for years. After mashed taters are mixed with butter & herbs, t put them under broiler and crispy up the edges. A family favorite
Any ideas for a substitute for the chives?? (other half won't get near anything onion!?!) Thx
