This is my easy and yummy pork lumpiang shanghai recipe

INGREDIENTS
-1Kilo ground pork
-1pc grated carrot
-1pc grated singkamas (Jicama)
-3pcs large eggs
-chopped spring onion
-a bit of chopped kinchay
-4Tbsp fish sauce
-ground black pepper
-lumpia wrappers

  1. I happen upon a trick in an Asian traditional dish similar to our shanghai. They grate the veges carrots , onion , jicama , celery then wrap in cloth , squeeze the juices out ,season with fish sauce , sugar , oyster sauce , pepper , chili flakes , used in sauteeing with the pork till reduced and caramelized. Set aside to cool then add black fungus and cut up vermicilli, egg cornstarch or cassava flour. Wrap when thoroughly cooled. No worries about raw pork. Just to make the skin crunchy and brown.
