  1. wow this looks amazing. i wonder if you can quickly pan-fry the egg squares to get some color on them without messing them up, and how that would taste. i'm ready to try this. although 30-40mins is a good amount of time too

  3. I don’t know why, maybe it’s just me, but I think kimchi should just be by itself. Putting it on anything else just bastardized the dish and I’ve never had a crossover kimchi dish that I liked. Maybe I’ve had the wrong stuff or maybe I’m correct. Respect the chi.
