Didn't work for me. After adding the egg, I get something more like a pancake batter than anything I can roll into portions. Can I do this without the egg?

Could a pinch more flour be added to absorb the ex-moisture if the egg white was also included ?

I can also use a chopped up 86% chocolate bar, to cut the carbs more.

I didn't realize this was gonna played straight. I assumed there was a joke or a swerve in there. But. Nope. It's literally actually two cookies XD. But.. why? haha. The reason I don't wanna make cookies is the mess. So if I'm dirtying all these, I might as well go big (plus make the most of that electricity/gas in the oven). Plus the freezer is great for the rest, right 🙂
