Didn't work for me. After adding the egg, I get something more like a pancake batter than anything I can roll into portions. Can I do this without the egg?
My husband and I watch your shorts videos over & over because you make us smile! Your smile is contagious and you are sooo funny and adorable. We also learn cool stuff!!
Thank you! I normally eat very low carb, but sometimes I want to splurge. This recipe lets me do that without going completely overboard. I can also use a chopped up 86% chocolate bar, to cut the carbs more.
@Americas test kitchen if I double this recipe, would I double the egg yolk or use a whole egg? I could see myself eating 2 now, 2 in the fridge, and then not wanting any for awhile. TIA
I didn't realize this was gonna played straight. I assumed there was a joke or a swerve in there. But. Nope. It's literally actually two cookies XD. But.. why? haha. The reason I don't wanna make cookies is the mess. So if I'm dirtying all these, I might as well go big (plus make the most of that electricity/gas in the oven). Plus the freezer is great for the rest, right 🙂

who eats just 2?
This is great. Now do 2 oatmeal cookies, please.
Still uses the same amount of energy as a full batch. Like Mr Ingram says, freeze the other 46 for later.
Wait! You mean all this time I was supposed to be making MORE than two cookies out of a regular batch of dough? Who knew?
… I was kind of hoping for the normal recipe amount and two very large cookies.
Could a pinch more flour be added to absorb the ex-moisture if the egg white was also included ?
They look pale and not very tasty.
OMG, I just made them!!! Thanks for doing the math for me!!!
I will never do this
Brilliant!!!
I made this for my husband and me. It was delicious, but definitely more cakey than cookie.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE EGG WHITE NOW? SEND HELP.
This is absolutely awesome! Please do more of these videos where we can make just a little bit of something! Great job!

I want that.

Wow, that's one clean cookie sheet.
Watching this video almost makes me as happy as eating two chocolate chip cookies.
Perfect recipe for when you have unwanted guests
How do you keep your baking sheet so shiny!?

Fun video though!
Hahaha this makes me so happy! Definitely need this. If I make a batch, I’ll find it impossible to not gobble them all up while warm!
We need more Sam in this channel.
Perfect! I don’t have to wash so many dishes anymore.
She doesn’t use grams for baking. That’s how you know she is American.

I made this recipe 18 times to bring to work. They were delicious, but measuring all the small quantities 18 times is quite tedious.
