My sister make's double dip cinnamon fried chicken it's very simple just add two to three tablespoons of cinnamon to the flour mixture with the rest of your season's it also makes an incredible gravy
Maybe I can just make the sauce and cheat by putting some other fried chicken In it. Public or looks or KFC? Why not
Love these

North Carolina native here. Yall make me proud. I love my NC food heritage.
You folks really have NO clue how to cook southern food!
The Turkey Hill is also my favorite
Delicious preparation ❤️🤝❤️
What? I was sure Breyers would be the clear winner. As a chocolate ice cream connoisseur ie there is no other flavor IMHO, I only eat Breyers. I live in Turkey Hill country. It’s made locally so I’ve had it before and I’ve even done the plant tour “Turkey Hill Experience “. so I guess I’ll have to give it another try. That many people can’t be wrong. Gotta find out what I’m missing!
You haven't lived until you taste "WHITEY'S ICE CREAM," MADE IN Moline, IL, USA, founded in 1933. It's so good even HR Clinton, ordered Chocolate Peppermint for a State Dinner. YUMMY! Quad City Gal.
Seeing as i have just found you this morning, i am looking at old vlog`s, with the fried chicken which is the best oil to use? i always use canola oil. Thank you.
These both look great, must try. And gee Bridget is a beautiful woman
That's how my family has broken down chicken for generations 🙂

We Texans love our Blue Bell ice cream… any flavor!
Julia has such a nice way about her ❤
If you have to cut the breast in half because you're unable to manage your cooking then you're not that good of a cook. My great grandmother grandmother my mother and I do not cut the breast in half you just don't have to unless you're completely incompetent.
C'mon now, two teaspoons of black pepper gets lost in all that flour. N'awlins boy here, and never shy with the seasoning.
I have to stop wztching you guys.i go to the market and buy my stuff and start cooking
Whats up my pippin longstocking. No offense to you
Who looked at the person next to you and said, “FOUR HOURS”?

The pie's salty crust sounds like it would work for sea-side eats.
Lemon pie, please, yum!
I am making the chicken tonight! Super excited!
I've been cutting whole chicken just like Jack since I was ten years old. I'm now 71. Only difference, my family liked the backbone sections.
is anyone weirded out with how overwhelmingly white the cast is? given Cook's Country is supposed to feature southern/country food and the importance people of color have been in the culinary history of the region, you'd think they could hire some POCs, no?
Has anyone in Cooks Country or America's Test Kitchen heard of Blue Bell ice cream? It's a Texas favorite, made in Brenham, Texas! You really need to try it at least once in your life!😉😄
I was taught at a very young age, that the way he was cutting the chicken was the proper way to cut up a chicken in our family! By the way I'm 58 years old , and we "Did Not" throw away the backs for stock.
"I want to eat this in a dark room with my shirt off" is the best accolade to good food ever!
Not sold on the saltine crackers. Sorry
Turkey Hill? Ewww. I with you two on the HD brand!
Thats how micro plastic is consumed
Kayla hi

I prefer graham crackers for my pie. No saltines for me 🤷♀️
Yep. Turkey Hill is the best ice cream 👍🏾
Turkey Hill Dairy is local for me and their ice cream is very good but I agree I prefer Häagen-Dazs.
