  1. Texan here… The tacos you get at the gas station are the best… hell… If a gas station don't sell tacos… I might just leave and find another gas station. LOL.
    I miss the gas station near my old house… Their tacos were the best.

  2. That sounds so good, I can imagine the smell is wonderful also. The Problem i have is with the leftover taste of the jalapeños. I hate the taste of them. If you were to substitute the jalapeño with a different pepper, not to hot or spicy, what would you use?

  3. One technical note / question about the blender test. With those optical tachometers, I'm pretty sure you have to divide the reading by the number of blades. Did your team take that into consideration?

  4. Funny, the Waring blender, didn't
    OOPS, "Blendor" show up. A musician,
    named Fred Waring "invented" the blender.
    He DID call it a blendor, though. It was
    another musician that popularized the blender,
    AND the Margarita. In a small town called,
    Margaritaville. (I've been to Margaritaville.
    I've seen your boat there.)

  5. No offense meant, but I'm from SA my whole life… The chile queens live. I grew up with their descendants. They host small events every year. One is coming up. For Christmas, they gather and produce thousands of tamales from pig heads and masa.

  6. There's a little more finesse to cooking homemade flour tortillas than that. Cook the first side until opaque. Turn and cook the second side until there are brown spots. Flip one more time and it will puff quickly, and then cook until this side has brown spots also.
