1 night and day to marinate is enough , if you don't have a barbecue , pan fry in very hot pan for about 3-4 minutes each side , if need be , add a little butter . I don't like Worcester sauce or onion powder , but the flavour is Amazing without these two ingredients , happy cooking 💝

Although the marinade does look delicious, I don’t understand why you would waste it on such a beautiful cut of meat like a ribeye. Ribeyes are naturally delicious due to their marbling. This is better for cuts like sirloin, London broil or any other steak that does not have marbling. In fact… If you cut them into one inch squares for shish kebabs it would turn out even better. Seven minutes per side !!!?? Come on now… It already died once… Why would you want to kill it again??

Hi! So if you dont want to use the grill is there another way to cook them and how can I ensure that they will be tender and easy to cut?
can't you turn the leftover marinade into a sauce or something? I always feel wasteful throwing out marinade.
Yummy! I'd leave out the honey. The balsamic vinegar will give a bit of a sweet flavor anyway, the honey might be too much (unless you like really sweet marinades, I don't).
Looks good. I don't think I've ever used balsamic in a steak marinade.
