  1. Nice Idea! like many thing's looking around. I Just do not want to join everything I see that I might want to try expressly with all my info. relax the Need for Profits a little maybe. Lord! Scared me out of the Kitchen.. My favorite Recipe is from Attraction. Just a thought.

  2. This is the Biggest Myth, busted by food scientists-meat does not absorb wet marinades its just surface treatment, Salt based dry brining is always the the way to go. I would just brush the bourbon mix when grilling!

  3. Holy shit is this awesome. If they hadn't said the steak didn't taste like bourbon I wouldn't have even tried it. The bourbon imparts this great, and significant, flavor that perfectly compliments the steak. Damn!
