Making this tonight! Looks awesome!
So marinade or not???? You also have a video for skirt steak where you recommend an orange marinade. So which is it??????
👍 good job, cant wait to try making this
Can this work in an oven instead of a grill?
Very nice and tasty
Yum!!!
I like this way of cook the stake!
The suace looks curiously like "chimichurri sauce", but basil inseead of fresh parsley. Try that.
Julia just sounds so phoney
Hmmm I'll have to remember to use sugar on a thinner cut to aid browning.
What brand and kind of knife is being used to cut the beef
Lawman=🤎
Another great recipe for summer. Thanks!
Umm…oh….Umm….oh ya….
Is it possible that this woman can contribute less to a cooking show – I guess grunting is the only thing that didn't come out of her mouth – try that next time…
I can sense the sexual tension. (American Test Kitchen -After Dark)
love flank steak – a lesser priced cut, but made to be as tender and flavorful as others. This episode's method is terrific.
What is it with you guys and wrapping steaks and roasts in plastic after dry-brining?
Why not leave it unwrapped on a wire rack in the refrigerator?
She's wrong. It turns the steaks super tender.
Looks good. What kind of knife was used to slice the meat?
Does flank steak have another name? I’ve never seen it at my supermarket.
Very enticing recipe! Very well prepared looks delicious – I haven't been a fan of Flank Steak – Oh well, live and learn – got to try it!
Young man, very nice recipe, this recipe works well with skirt steak & flat iron steak, just a tip that you probably already know, but maybe not the viewers. I make something similar sometimes with bleu cheese dressing & bleu cheese crumbles, is very good, I'd like to see your take on that chef
5:55 In short: "Very tasty" 🍷🍷
It looks boiled. Boooooring
If you’re going to hire people based on their skin color, at least hire someone with a personality.

Sorry, this is one of the first time I have to disagree with some of what is said.
Thick side and thin side. That steak is big enough to serve several people and not everyone wants medium rare. This is a bonus as variety is the spice of life.
Marinades. If it only just penetrates the skin, that wasn’t a marinade, it was a wet rub. you didn’t marinate it long enough.
Also, beer is only slightly acidic, most of the connective tissue is broken down by enzymes. Unlike a marinade made by something like apple juice.
But yes, flank is my absolute favorite steak! (Ironically enough, it isn’t actually a steak)
Good recipe.. but what if you don't have a outside grill or lived where you own a grill. How would you make it to get the same results???
Can I cook a London Broil the same way? Thanks.
This looks delish! And, what great tips! I’ve always marinated my flank steaks.
