Great recipe! Thanks!
I use a potato peeler to remove the pineapple eyes.
Yummy yummy.
🤔
I absolutely do not agree with your assessment of pre marinaded tenderloins. They are cryo sealed and will only absorb so much marinade . Some people just don’t have the time to do the entire job themselves.
so yum! That looks great!
How can anyone stand the flavor of cilantro??? It's nasty!!!
Pulling the leaves out of the top of the pineapple is an old wives’ tale. Smell the pineapple. It will taste exactly like it smells. If it smells sweet, it will taste sweet. I expect better from you folks.
for those of us that cilantro tastes like soap, can you recommend a substitute herb?
Waiting for old man winter to go away! So we could try this!🎅😎 can we just used canned sliced pineapple I stead?
She has a smile that would light up a kitchen !
It's more fun than my video.
Good GOD lord Julia you yes miss the guacamole and some fresh tortillas! To stamp you cooking seal on that dish!! Yummy 🤤 I love it the way you cook thank you girl!!!
I love grilled or smoked tenderloin, and that is a most interesting salsa a definite must try
I don't need to leave the root end on the onion, it's an inanimate object, and I have two hands and a functional mind, and I'm not lazy !

Can anyone tell me the brand of the blue-handled chef’s knife with the G*F that is used in this video?
Putting grilled pineapple in the food processor makes it look like hot unappetizing mess, just give them a small dice.
I think I would have oiled the tenderloin before adding the spice rub. Rubbing bacon grease on them wouldn't be a bad idea, either.
Aaaa h – treating pineapple
I love watching America's Test Kitchen and the other shows. However, this video is full of cross contamination including putting raw pork with veggies and then putting the finished pork and grilled pineapple/onion on the same tray the raw pork was on. 🤢🤢🤮
I'm loving the Yamaka. 😉
(Just being silly Julia, we love you.)
We love for tenderloin in our house, and I just got a new grill the week before Christmas at an incredible price. This looks like one of several great recipes to break it in. Only thing I would do different is to leave the cilantro out of the food processor until everything else is chopped up, then gently stir in the chop cilantro. It just seems like whenever I put delicate herbs into the food processor, unless I am making pesto, much of the flavor gets lost.
Thanks! Can’t wait to try this in 264,726 days
Who’s grilling in the middle of January? Other than the southern states? But isn’t this shot in Boston???? Retread???
