I love watching the cooking videos but I don’t like the person making the dish TASTING and commenting that IT’S SO GOOD. It’s a bit obnoxious.

Just finished eating (reheated) roasted tomatoes after prep'ing w/salt and EVOO for an hour b4 cooking. This made a FANTASTIC difference!!
The tomatoes taste more flavorful, smoother and less tart.. almost a hint of sweetness now! I used this process on large red onions and they also came out better.

Why does Dan eat with his fork upside down, like a socialite who apparently does not mind if they were their bite of food due to gravity drawing the bite down the times? I have wondered most of my life about why some rich and famous dare to eat this way ( in their designer clothing)?

If its winter where you are right now, just save the video and pull it back up when its summer! Why complain about when it’s uploaded? I watch Test Kitchen reruns all the time on PBS and never start yelling at the TV about it. I think its nice to get ideas for the next season as it’s something to look forward to.

why use extra virigin olive oil? the grill gets way too hot and you end up with a bunch of unwanted transfats.
