There’s no freaking way that your stand mixer made a dough ball like that! Your video is misleading. You start with a pastry hook then magically it turns to a dough hook? To everyone watching this, do not use a stand mixer to make your pasta dough. It’s much too dry and requires either a food processor or some good ol elbow grease.
