  1. My grandmas didn't have a machine. They rolled it out with a rolling pin and cut it by hand. Then they dried it over the backs of the kitchen chairs. One made mezzaluna ravioli by cutting the dough into circles with a cup, filling them and then folding in half like a pierogi.

  2. I love your recipes and your funny antics. Your camera person has to go. The constant zooming in and out is nauseating. It's not gradual as it should be, but it's in your face quickly and it really is annoying.
    Wasn't always like that, so please go back to the way it used to be.

  3. You make it look easy . A quick video you have now so it doesn’t take a lot of time to watch as we are also busy busy. Nice to know you can freeze Love to hear you sing. I see you’re not drinking much wine in every video. I’m going to make home made pasta from now on and freeze .Vikki from New York.

    And I just happen to be wearing my Now Sweat No Sauce t-shirt this morning!

    I did find a small motor made for a past maker like that and it works wonders! No more cranking and it makes it quite a bit easier for me.
