i just made my first fresh pasta last night and i feel it was not very good. 3 eggs no yolks, 2 cups all purpose flower and a tbsp olive oil, pinch of salt. put it through the spaghetti aid on my machine and they came out stuck together in areas. kneaded at least six minutes and wrapped tightly for at least 25 minutes. help
1st time to me.
