I mix PB with any brand teriyaki sauce and thin out with water to desired consistency. Use as a satay dip or dressing for salad or pasta sauce . Add red chili flakes for heat

Would this be better with natural pb? I used skippy and it was just okay.
I thought curry sauce needs to be cooked – not just mixed in raw like a condiment. Am I off-base?
Is Thai Curry Paste technically one ingredient? I think it is a LOT of ingredients just made by someone else.
