    Could you tell me would it be possible for this recipe to try it out in a Deck oven normal white bread like this one 👆

    Because I've seen alot of post only make artisan bread instead of white bread 🍞 could you explain why thank you

  2. Some bakery tips: You can use your microwave as a proofer. Use a measuring cup and fill with water, microwave for 1 min then put pans in microwave with it, this acts like a professional proofer. You can also do this with a tray of water in your oven. Lightly spray the tops of the bread with water. I keep a spray bottle in my kitchen for water use only. When you go to put the pans in the oven to bake, spray water in to create some steam. This will help the loaves puff up and will give a really nice crust. This is what they do in a lot of bakeries.

  3. 8 years ago I went on a quest to find the perfect white bread recipe. Every Sunday was a new recipe leading to one failed attempt after another resulting in many loafs of bricks you could build a house with !
    Until I found this !!
    The holy grail of bread 🍞 recipe!!
    I watched the video several times soaking in every detail
    Sunday came … and the anticipation filled the room along with the aroma of freshly baked bread.. as I watched it rise in the oven ( and up til this point never happened with my other recipe)
    Into this beautiful golden brown rounded top .. I was filled with excitement.. I think I have finally accomplished my goal..
    As it cooled on the rack.. me gleaming with how proud I was at what I have created .. when I cut into it and the butter melted that first burst of soft buttery deliciousness filled my mouth ..
    I did my happy dance 💃 in the kitchen.. Eureka !! I had found my new Absolute favorite bread recipe.. Grandma Van Doran You Amazing wonderful lady .. Thank you !! You turned this once brick maker into the most popular bread making lady in my neighborhood!
    To anyone wondering if this is a good recipe… It’s not good
    ITS GREAT!!
