  2. You just need to use the right cinnamon. Mexicans use real cinnamon called Ceylon, fake cinnamon is called Cassia which is what most Americans use. it’s easy to tell the different, real cinnamon has thin multiple layers of sheets, whereas fake cinnamon is like a hard bark that curves inside.
