  1. Thanks a lot for this Natalie. I have done this chicken recipe so many times already. Really good and quickly done. I was wondering can I do this way with pork chops or pork pieces but won’t be so dry after they are done?

  2. What's the best cast iron cookware brand you can recommend based on your testing & cooking experience? . Love watching your program. Thank you for sharing your expertise to the public. It feels like I'm enrolling to a Culinary school but explained in simple terms without the complications. 🥰🥰🥰

  3. I tried this after watching this episode. it is so good, so tasty, and so juicy, amazing. Loved it, now I've got to do this when out of Covid-19 and invited friends over to taste this awesome Cast-Iron baked chicken. Natalie you are such a good teacher to us viewers, you don't overcomplicate things when you explain how to do it exactly how you do it. I hope America's Test Kitchen notices your talents and do more videos with you in the future. Thanks Natalie. I love Ashley's blueberry Cornbread idea, but I am Canadian, well from the Province of Quebec and we have 1000 different blueberry recipes here, so I must admit that I did not try it. Not Ashley's fault because some others ideas she has and I have tried are wonderful. It's just that my friends and I can make so many different desserts, sauces, or anything that may use blueberries that for me it wasn't on my list of worth trying. No offense Ashley.

  4. This looked delicious! Definitely going to make that cornbread….only thing I do differently is when cutting up the chicken i cut the breasts in half and keep the ribs as another piece( there was seven of us to eat a whole chicken ) plus my Mother alway included the chicken neck , her favorite piece…

  5. Hey guys! A Homeschool-Country Girl tip: When adding fresh fruit to batter cakes/breads you should toss the fruit with the dry ingredients and then fold in the wet ingredients just until combined with few dry spots. Don't use frozen fruit in this application and expect the same results. Love to ATK!

  6. Great chicken tutorial but I'd sub the salt with chicken powder as you shouldn't ever skip the MSG in something as bland as chicken and of course add some rosemary to the spices as rosemary just tops things off beautifully with chicken. A little ground parsley at the end adds the perfect color. Love it! Perfect weeknight meal! Save any leftovers for a quick chicken pot pie with ready made pie crust and a quick gravy with the drippings and of course a bag of veggies.
