  2. I am making these for christmas but will be making them earlier in the day. How hard are they to unmold after a few hours of coming out of the oven or should I unmold them and put them back in the ramekins while still warm?

  3. For those who don't like dates, they aren't essential. the majority I've had haven't had dates in them.
    Also, sticky toffee pudding can be too sweet depending on who has made it but once you find one that is just right it's one of the best desserts you can have.
