・Salad Greens
Baby leaves, Mizuna,
Daikon sprout, lettuce
・Pork
7 oz/ 200 g slied pork belly
or shoulder
・Onion sauce
½ red onion
½ cup (120ml) Mentsuyu
3 tbs vegetable oil
・Peanut & sesame sauce
1 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs mentsuyu
1 ts rice vinegar
1 ts sugar
1 tbs ground white sesame seeds
・Grated daikon and ponzu
