Sticky Lamb Ribs

Full Recipe:

These lamb ribs were super delicious. Hope you give this recipe a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Rub Mix Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tbs sweet paprika
• 1 tbs garlic powder
• 1 tbs cumin
• 1 1/2 tbs ground black pepper
• 2 1/2 tbs brown sugar
• 1 tbs salt
• 2 tbs mustard

Glaze Ingredients

• 1/2 cup golden syrup or honey
• 2/3 cups of tomato ketchup
• 1 1/2 tbs of Balsamic Vinegar
• 3 tbs soy sauce
• 1/2 cup of apple sauce

• 3 Lamb Ribs Clean and have the membrane taken out.

Method

1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a zip log bag
2. Shake well to combine
3. Rub the lamb ribs with mustard coving every part of the lamb
4. Sprinkle the rub mix on the ribs and rub well to cover well with the spices
5. Transfer into a greased baking paper cover it then cover again with foil.
6. Mix the glazed ingredients well and leave it on the side
7. Cook the lamb packs in a preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until it’s nice and tender
8. Brush the glaze on both sides of the ribs.
9. Turn the oven higher to 220° and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
10. Once is cooked serve hot with Mac Salad and shredded white cabbage and rice.

Mac Salad Recipe Ingredients

• 2 cups of cooked elbow pasta
• 1 cup of Best Mayonnaise
• 1 tbs fine grated white onion
• a handful of fine chopped celery
• 1 cup of grated carrots
• Salt to season

Mix all the ingredients together and leave it in the fridge to settle.
