Can I make kebabs with thawed ground meat? Will that be an issue or no?

No matter what I do, the meat keeps falling of the skewers!! This actually happens with any Kebab recipe I try. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Hi Henry, what’s the name of this grill. Like I know it’s a gas grill but more specifically what’s it’s type? Thanks

Oh yeah let me just get my big ass restaurant style grill out of storage!
Add a little cinnamon and mix it up and make burgers. I serve mine on English muffins with a slice of tomato and salt and pepper and a sprinkle of chopped mint. It's like a party in your mouth
What is red sumac? I've never heard of it.
Can you do this on smaller wood skewers as well?
Looks great. You added a spice “red something” I struggled to grasp the second word. Red what? Sorry but would like to buy the right stuff. Looks like my idea of real food.
PS
Let me know quickly, I want to do it this weekend. LOL.
Best regards.
Looks delicious. Can you please tell us what kind of oven/grill is that and where can we get one for personal use?

I never thought to use it in desserts but it seems like a great idea! Would maybe take the place of Lemon Verbena, which is delicious in cakes.

Hi Henry, where can I find a grill just like yours?? Thanks for your help.

I’ve never used Red Sumac. What flavor profile does it add?
