Potatoe mixture
2 large russet potatoes
Half stick of butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 slices of apple wood bacon
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp of chives
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese

Cajun cream sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of clam juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp cajun seasoning
2 sprigs of fresh thyme

Bake potatoes at 450 for an hour
