My nephew's girlfriend brought a Pavlova baked meringue to our family Easter dinner and put lemon curd, whipped cream and sliced berries on it. It was wonderful!
I didn't realize this was America's Test Kitchen until the very end. The recipe seems great, but I do usually expect/rely on their usual context and no nonsense presentation. This format was kind of a bummer.
I thought the whole point of ATK is that there were no ads/no buying influence. What is this, then? And as everyone else said, the production value isn't anywhere close to standard ATK content. Please reconsider; you're better than this.
Never heard of Mango Pavlovas but looks great. Thanks
Steer well clear of this format and presentation.
Ok can you read my mind?……because this is me on a plate
What does it have to do with Easter? Eggs?
Too much sugar.
I don't get it. Why do you need to put the egg white & sugar mixture on a bean-marie? You will bake it in the oven. That step is unnecessary.
No offense, ATK, but I don't really like the format.
Interesting. Did you cut off her head as a trend with Chef John or was it for another reason?
Wish you would have cut it open so we could have seen the inside. 💕
ATK demonstrations use elaborate equipment which many of us do not have. How about discussing how to follow a recipe with equipment that is more likely to be in ordinary kitchens? Not everyone can affford a stand mixer, not everyone has the space for it.
I understand you're trying to capitalize on a popular video format, but this was very poorly executed. Not the quality i want, or expect, from an ATK video. Big fan, otherwise.
how about you just tell us how many damn eggs you used
I love ATK and their recipes, but I'm not a fan of this format.
The thumbnail looks like a toad lol 🐸
OMG!
What temperature are you supposed to bake the pavlovas at? You didn't mention that in the video
My mouth is watering!
Why vinegar?
Nice recipe, but I don't dig the format. Way too much like many other YouTube oriented food channels. The fact ATK isn't like that is one of the benefits.
This pavlova looks anemic.
What is the oven temp?
I'm ready to make this and to tuck in and eat for the Yum. 😁
Thanks for sharing, I'll definitely be trying this.
