  1. Hi, just a friendly petition for Julia and Bridget to do an "Arsenic and Old Lace" themed Halloween episode. Julia and Bridget could be Abbie and Martha Brewster. Maybe you could showcase an "extra strong" cocktail recipe that Dan Souza simply must try.

  2. This looks delicious! One thing; I mentioned this recently in an Adam Ragusea video: everything has to be able to stand on its own. Dont leave sugar out of whipped cream because other stuff is too sweet. Make it all good by itself. In his case, he was talking about leaving salt out of pizza crust because other parts had plenty of salt. Thats a recipe for disaster. Same here.

  3. Looks delicious but I'm going to use Ghirardelli sea salt caramel because I always manage to flub up my caramel of late. I used to make it easily but this past year it's always failed me, or vice versa 😂
I never thought of simmering bananas, I like that! I have bananas in my freezer for smoothies so I'll definitely use them in this recipe.
Nice to see your doggo get a treat, Julia 🫶🏼

  4. I actually eat unrepentant (unripened) bananas! So usually everything banana flavored doesn’t taste good to me. I’ve even had the Famous Banana Cream Pie at Frank Fats in downtown Sacramento I didn’t like that either. Oh well. Julia I’m going to try this recipe with unripe bananas to see how it comes out. I love to make homemade caramel sauce! It’s so easy. Thanks for the recipe!

  5. One suggestion for ATK–I realize that most of your audience is in the U.S., but it would be nice if the ingredients could be verbalized in weights as well. eg, "A half a cup or 100g of sugar". Weighing ingredients is not only more accurate, it's easier to do and you get fewer utensils dirty.
