  1. I wish when they do these recipes they would say how many they serve. I am assuming a family of four, but so many families nowadays include just two people or just one! PS: I doubt this is the way the Chinese cooked noodles/pasta either but then maybe it is. Everybody takes something and makes it there own.

  2. The Italians have given the World Great Art ; Scientific Knowledge ; Magnificent Music ; OPERA !

They must have learned very quickly that pasta should be al dente ; should be cooked in rapidly boiling, salted water.

His one-pan-pasta method doesn't seem to have hurt the pasta … it "looks" good … but if Italians don't agree … they have the final say as to how it should be done.

The Italians are the Masters of Cooking Pasta ; as they are the Masters of OPERA !

  3. Ffs people, he says in the title "one pan pasta" not "traditional authentic Italian pasta."

Busy people who want to save money eating out can benefit from this.

On that note, the comments about adding dishwasher soap and canolis to the pan to incorporate dessert and cleaning at the same time qere hilarious…

  4. Apart from the fact I never seen onions in an Italian pasta (I might be wrong, sorry), why do you need to make a recipe that is already simple even more simple? How complicated is it to make a real Italian pasta with tomato, garlic and basil? Just buy a second pan if needed.

  5. I just love how some Italians are so arrogant about the cook cooks this pasta, when 1) he didn't say it was the way Italians do it. 2) pasta wasn't even invented in Italy in the first place 🤣 just overpriced noodles!

  6. I felt like throwing up after two minutes of watching but I managed to get to the end. it is an abomination, an offense to the Italian culinary tradition. youtube should block such vile videos. and this person would be a food wtiter & tv host with food network broadcasts?!?! he is not even capable of cooking simple spaghetti with tomato sauce ….

  7. I made this last night. My ingredients:

    1. Swanson chicken broth.
    2. Cherry tomatoes.
    3. Zucchini squash.
    4. Linguine.
    5. Olive oil.
    6. Black pepper.

Results? 10 minutes and you're done. Delicious!

Note: No need to add salt if you get broth that contains sodium.
