Probably the most perfect, concise and informative delivery of any cooking vid I’ve seen….and I watch a lot of these. Looking forward to making this for Christmas dinner, thank you for the idea! 👍
Where the seasoning ??? smh
Yum
Cannot wait to try the Roast Turkey with sausage stuffing. Thank you.
I double checked both Cuisinart roasting pans with racks, and the handles for the pan in this video do not match either one of them. I would like to know which brand of pan this is. It does not appear to be Cuisinart based on the shape of the handles.
What is the brand name of that pan? Cuisinart pans do not have handles in that shape.
That roasting pan, though. It doesn't have a flat bottom.
Made this recipe this year for Thanksgiving…everybody loved it.
I will say I am now a convert to just turkey breast for Thanksgiving. Did it in the smoker and it was amazing.
Thank you so much female food based jay leno!!
This was one of the best turkeys ever! I did make some gravy on the side for mashed potatoes and such but the recipe as written is close to perfect. The only problem I had is that the stuffing did start to burn so the breast finished off and a separate pan.
I just want a good recipe for cooking a juicy plain lightly seasoned turkey. I dont want onion and garlic and all that other crap in it. Off to the next video.😩
Could I make this with boxed stuffing instead?
That sauce with pomegranate and parsley sauce looks very festive,Christmas Colors!! Very nice recipe!
Where is the celery?
Yuck. Weird sauce & no celery or sage?
The leftover turkey bones can be used to make a gravy!
Why do people call it stuffing when it's not stuffed into anything…..Isn't that dressing?
Awesome! Thanks!
Artist at work, looks delicious
Julia this is so beautiful and easy, thank you for this video!
Please buy a Carbon Dioxidw alarm if you have an gas appliances or old heaters.
You had me untill you put the sauce on it. I will make it with out the sauce.
Yum.
I'm pissed because your written recipe is a ripoff and not viewable unless you sign up. No thanks. I do not like that bait and switch and won't buy it.
does anyone know or have tried this technique with a whole bird, not just the breast?
So beautiful and just what I’d planned. Thanks for the help.❤
Okay, great recipe, blah, blah, blah. But really, Julia, your new hair style is killing it!
This looks pretty easy! Think I might leave garlic out – not a fan of raw garlic – but this recipe goes on my list of possibles for this year. Thanks.
Chia badda?
WOW! DROOLING 🤤 😊
What is cot?Thanks
I have used a similar technique. The difference being I removed the breasts from the bone prior to roasting on top of the stuffing. It makes slicing the finished turkey even more streamlined.
This is the most perfect turkey and stuffing presentation.
It was a absolutely gorgeous presentation. Thank you
The pomegranate sauce was so perfect! Thank you! You always have great recipes!
Yummy. I’m going to try the pomegranate sauce this year.
That looks really good!
