  1. Oh boy I’m not doing well with this recipe. I don’t eat olive oil they’re highly processed and unhealthy. The only thing I could think to use would be avocado and olive oil. Canola and corn oil isn’t healthy.

  2. Yummy classic French vinegrette. I’ve used maple syrup instead molasses..also very good. I found that you don’t really need mayo to emulsify the vinegrette. Stirring or shaking the ingredients vigorously, once the oil is added in, does the same.
