  1. Damn mama that tasted amazing thank you for the recipe will be keeping this for a long while only thing I changed up was I covered them with aluminum foil and cooked a bit longer like ribs they fall off the bone and very juicy

  2. I don't do any heat, so cayenne pepper is out, but I do the same seasoning as you but with curry powder. It's not spicy at all.

    I usually pan fry it so I wanted a recipe for the oven. Thank you.

  3. This is comment is purely so that I can come back and read it since I've tried this wonderful recipe before, but I don't cook this often enough to remember it LOL:

    1. Wash them in vinegar and water.

    Sprinkle Method: Salt, Tony Sachere's Seasoning, Restaurant Ground Black Pepper, Accent (the MSG stuff), Onion powder, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne Pepper.

    Put everything on both sides of the meat.

    Bake on 350 or 375 uncovered. . Turn them over at 30 minutes. Check to see if they're done after another 30.
