I don't do any heat, so cayenne pepper is out, but I do the same seasoning as you but with curry powder. It's not spicy at all.
I usually pan fry it so I wanted a recipe for the oven. Thank you.
Just bought some for the first time. Used your recipe. The cayenne was an awesome idea. I'm going to be doing it to more pork dishes. Love the video!
I find pork to be more flavorful than beef at 1/5 the price.

This is comment is purely so that I can come back and read it since I've tried this wonderful recipe before, but I don't cook this often enough to remember it LOL:
1. Wash them in vinegar and water.
Sprinkle Method: Salt, Tony Sachere's Seasoning, Restaurant Ground Black Pepper, Accent (the MSG stuff), Onion powder, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne Pepper.
Put everything on both sides of the meat.
Bake on 350 or 375 uncovered. . Turn them over at 30 minutes. Check to see if they're done after another 30.
Girl I had all of the same stuff ready but now a little sprinkle of the pepper looks good thank you
