I like Keith’s segments . But why wouldn’t you wash the shrimp off with cold water before cooking them ? 😢
Shrimp can be easily cooked in 5 minutes and really tasty. This recipe is not for home cooking. It takes too much time, seasoning and effort. Pass
Wasn’t it amazing how Julia has not aged in 17 years! She looks fantastic! It has to be all that yummy cooking and eating (or she sold her soul…😉). The recipe looks wonderful and my husband said he was going to try cooking it. Thanks ATK!
i would double that spice mix
Yummy !!!
Xlnt!
Didn't learn anything new! I am 60 y/o and have been cooking for 52, my father took me to the kitchen at the age of 8 just before he died
I NEVER had an Exec. Chef like Keith. They were all Gordon Ramsays on steroids.
Why y'all just erased my guy Chris lol
Could you add a small amount of butter to the spice mixture?
JULIA AND BRIDGET. That's the best thing the fascinating thing the reason enthusiast's like me bridge the video and the literal to bring food to the plate. Cooking is ❤️
JULIA is taken but she might be available as life is not certain for anyone. I would marry her and I am worth millions with security
OH GOD HELP ME!!!! WHY WOULD ANYONE PUT PEANUTS IN ANYTHING BUT A PBJ???!!!! I LOVE YOU ALL BUT YOU ARE PRETTY DUMB FREQUENTLY. I WOULD MARRY BRIDGET IN A SECOND.
I always enjoy Keith's recipes. I didn't know he was the man behind the original version. I look forward to adding this to my home menu!
I will be making this dish for my husband and I. We love seafood.
I hope you guys still upload full ATK episodes.
Keith is so shy. "ATK at home ", he had to look at the camera. The camera loves his looks!
Can one use stevia instead of white sugar ?
Keith’s the man!
I would live out the salntro

😋👍🏻🍷
I will stick to Old Bay for my seafood
0:47 "taking the legs off", those appendages are called swimmerets.
I don't like added sugar in food. A Maillard Reaction can be attained with a pinch of baking soda. I like adding peanuts at the end so it can be made without. Don't hide sugar on your guests.
Would starting with a cold skillet work with scallops?
Thanks for this technique! Will do this from now on.
One of the great things is having friendly colleagues whom you've worked with for so many years! Over a decade plus!
Hello
Looks DEE-LISH!!
Looks absolutely delicious no peanuts for me thank you😋
Why Kosher salt? Sea salt should go better with seafoods.
Putting Keith in front of the camera was one of ATK's better ideas 😊
