Is cream the same as heavy whipping cream?
Perfect recepie for beginners. I made it last New Years (with my horrible stove and zero experience), and it turned out great! And I have 'practiced' it a few times since, so I am a lot faster now. 😋
I prefer to use the real vanilla bean pods instead of extract, and I use 250 ml for 4 people (I just scale the other ingredients so they are the same ratio), and top off with fresh berries, depending on what is available. Bonus tip: if you have to serve it for others, make a tiny serving in a shot glass, and taste ahead. So you know it tastes as it should. 😁
Can you also just blend frozen strawberries with sugar?
why doesnt anyone tell us if its single cream or double cream?

Ciao! Grazie per i tuoi video sempre ricchi di dettagli. Sembra così semplice che dovrei proprio provare a farla. Credo che la mia prima panna cotta fosse ovviamente con la salsa di fragola ma mi era piaciuto forse di più la salsa al mango. Per dirla tutta, preferisco finire la salsa prima per poi godermi la parte panna cotta verace separatamente.
Made it yesterday, but used 500ml, less sugar and only 2 gelatin sheets. Still it ended up a little too dense for my taste. But used the vanilla bean instead of extract. Will try to do it with lime juice and zest next time. Think it will end up better.

may i know the cream is it whipping cream or cooking cream? in my country don't have the gelatin like you used, can i replaced it with jelly powder?

followed the recipe, for my taste the panna cotta was to firm, the amount of gelatine leaves is too high, I will leave some out next time.
the texture should still be scoop-able, and not like jelly beans 🙂 lol
Yummy! Going to try this with my "Nepro" which is what I can have with CKD. If it works, I'll be able to have a luxurious dessert on a diet that takes away all of my wonderful food!

can you try not to talk like ''Gennaro Contaldo'' pls…. Be yourself, you making same voices as him… He might be your idol, as he's a real top chef unlike you and ok you make simple recipes and a lot of mistakes like calling your strawberry sugar water instead of pure or coulis ''cream''
It's ok just don't exaggerate too much and be funny without being a 100% copy of Gennaro it's just too weird
