From what I've heard, small pasta makers and restaurants dry and bag their Maltagliati (pasta scraps) to give to poor people in the neighborhood. Pasta brings out the best in people.

Alex doing the conversion in his beautifully fluffy haired head is the sign of engineering talents. As a mechanical engineer I’m so happy to see an (albeit) electrical engineer use their talents like adaptation and meticulousness everywhere!!!

Ok, this was nice, but these aren't 5 shapes. 3 of the shapes are different sizes of only one shape, and the last one was literally leftovers, not a pasta shape. I don't mean its bad, but c'mon, in this video there are only 2 pasta shapes.
