Pasta without sauce might sound a bit awkward but this recipe cannot be skipped for any cause !!!
Of course, it’s an Indian Style Pasta Recipe but it’s a very easy and delicious.
It was the first tym I had prepared and it comes out so flavorful with all those flavours of the colourful veggies !!!
Veggies can be added according to one’s choice infact I feel that addition of some chicken and mushrooms would make this recipe extraordinary and perfect !!!
This weeknight quick dinner recipe with no tomato or white sauce is made using some Indian spices and herbs tossed in butter but oil is equally preferable…😊😊

Ingredients:- [1 or 2 serves]
Pasta – 150 or 200 gms
Capsicum – 1 no. (can also use half or whole)
Tomato – 3 medium sized
Onion – 2 medium sized
Garlic – 2 or 3 cloves
Coriander Leaves – accordingly
Salt – accordingly (to boil pasta and for taste)
Sugar – 1 pinch
V. Oil – 1 tsp approx (only to boil the pasta)
Butter – 1 cube
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – (optional)
Black pepper – (optional)
