I smash it with a fork instead of a blender so that gives a creamy consistency but preserve some pieces of it giving it a great texture also I and add some guanciale
Tried it tonight and the family loved it. I made 2 small modifications:
1. Rigatoni instead of spaghetti which I thought made sense. Whatever.
2. Buratta instead of Ricotta. It was on sale.

I always add my broccoli at the last 2-3 minutes to keep a better crunch

When first watching i thought to myself I would probably use only one garlic clove and probably roast or saute it first. Overpowering any dish with too much garlic can ruin it as much as too much salt. There is no turning back. It looks delicious and i can't wait to make it. Was wondering if you could incorporate some bread crumbs with the broccoli sauce or would that be a different dish entirely?

Yum I love this!! I make this all the time, the other version of yours … this also looks to good, I would like my broccoli roasted maybe and the garlic cooked slightly and less garlic too.

The original pasta broccoli recipe from your channel has been very successful. Especially with my wife, but also my baby daughter who isn't all that much into veggies didn't refuse it, which I consider a success 😂 This seems to be an interesting twist on that, which I will definitely try out. Now I just need to find some good quality ricotta…
Most important utensils are just a pan, one for pasta boiling, a blender, some bowls, strainer, that's it right?

Why do you use so much pasta?
Pasta doubble the size after cooking so you have 600g of Pasta.
I cooked your recipies but with half of pasta 150g of Pasta and the sauces like in the videos.
Or 300g of Pasta with double amount of you sauce recipe
