Looking for a healthy and creamy white sauce pasta without using maida (all-purpose flour)? Try this delicious and nutritious version made with a rich cashew-almond paste instead! Perfectly flavored with caramelized onions, herbs, and spices, this pasta is not only tasty but also guilt-free. Great for lunch, dinner, or a cozy evening treat!

Ingredients:
Boiled Pasta – 1½ cups (any variety of your choice)
Cashew-Almond Paste – 3 tbsp (soaked & blended smooth)
Milk – 1 cup (adjust consistency as needed)
Onion – 1 medium (thinly sliced and caramelized)
Oregano – 1 tsp
Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil or Butter – 1 tbsp (for sautéing)

Optional Add-ons:
Grated cheese for extra creaminess
Sauteed veggies or mushrooms
Fresh herbs like basil or parsley

Recipe Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan on low flame.
2. Add 3 tbsp cashew-almond paste (prepared by soaking and blending cashews & almonds) and cook it for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
3. Gradually add 1 cup milk, a little at a time, while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
4. Let the sauce boil for 5–7 minutes on low to medium flame until it thickens to a creamy consistency.
5. Now add 1 medium caramelized onion, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp black pepper powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
6. Add 1½ cups boiled pasta and mix everything until the pasta is well-coated with the creamy white sauce.
7. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, then turn off the flame.
Serve hot and enjoy your rich, creamy, and healthy white sauce pasta!
