This is a great combination for a chutney. I get so tired of the overused mango chutney. It's gotten to the point where it seems cliché. I often make chutneys with different ingredients and stay away from the mango. I used pear before but used red peppers and caramelized onions. It's great but I like the use of cranberries here. Thanks for not mentioning the mango. LOL
Love Christie! She's always so relaxed and bubbly, she makes it a joy to watch her turtorials and makes me feel confident I can replicate these recipes!!
I have always wanted to eat a home prepared wild turkey.
I never heard of heritage turkeys! There are probably very few of them. Not enough for 200 million American families one time.
Can you can it? Seems like it would be acidic enough to just boil. How long would you boil?
as someone with Indian parents, seeing a jam being called a chutney makes me cringe… another Indian word that's been hijacked by white people
You took out the old "I'll see YOU later" ending, NOOO!
What's a good thing to use the chutney for?
Cranberry-anything chutney is my favorite chutney. =)
Thank u for sharing the recipe
Can u plz provide us with exact measurements for spices, sugar , vinegar and cranberries so a novice like myself will be able to make it
Thank u
Definitely going to try this one!
Can u use citric acid instead of the wine?
Looks delicious
What would you serve this on/with?
This looks like it could also be good with apples!
I've not had chutney very much at all. I can't remember the last time I had it but it was with a meat dish I think. This looks really good and simple. What does everyone put in on?
