How to Make Pork Bulgogi | Easy Korean Pork Bulgogi Recipe



Today’s episode is about how to make Pork Bulgogi. Bulgogi means “fire meat”. It is often made with tender parts of beef, pork or chicken. It is also one of the most popular traditional korean foods.

Ingredients you will need:
500 grams thinly sliced pork belly, pork butt or pork shoulder
4 tbsp gochugaru (Korean Re Chilli Powder) or regular red pepper flakes
1 head garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 stalks of spring onions, cut into long pieces
1 red or green chilli (optional)
2 tbsp mirin
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp apricot jam
2 tbsp white sugar
¼ tsp black pepper
sesame seeds and sesame oil for garnish

  1. I made this recipe before. Sooooo goood 😊 .
    I just sliced up a 7 lb pork butt to cook some up tonight and I will freeze a bunch of raw to cook later. We love it.
    I do have 1 question: I use a round Korean slanted slotted pan to cook it on . What a pain to clean it any tips on cleaning it ?
    I can't wait for dinner 😁
