Not done when recipe is followed. Next time I will put it in the oven at 400°, covered for one hour, The flavor was good.

2 probs… Dont like potatoes… Any alternative how to make without and how to shove in some wheat instead of starch (potato/rice)… 2nd… Lactose intolerant… Totally… So need to avoid milk and milk products… Even lactose free milk I cant digest… Any improvisation technique for my kind of guy???
