2 probs… Dont like potatoes… Any alternative how to make without and how to shove in some wheat instead of starch (potato/rice)… 2nd… Lactose intolerant… Totally… So need to avoid milk and milk products… Even lactose free milk I cant digest… Any improvisation technique for my kind of guy???
