This pork pickle holds a special place in my heart as a travel companion- when I would quickly prepare for all my train journeys when I was a student; 3 days of train journey is pathetic without good food. the pickle is delicious and spicy and gets slightly chewy when cold but will make your taste buds alive. in winters you will get this beautiful lard which goes well with rice..slurp slurp..
