Instructions:
1. In a high-speed blender, combine water, oats, and flaxseeds and blend until smooth.
2. Stir in frozen lemon, raw kale, frozen bananas, and frozen blueberries and blend again until smooth.
3. Serve into glasses and enjoy!

750 mL/3 cups of water
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp flaxseeds
20 g frozen lemon with peel
60 g raw rale
2 frozen bananas
