I just mix pure pumpkin puree, spices, instant butterscotch pudding and fold in cool whip. Very low in calories and very easy.
I've made this today, it came out very sweet, I even added less powdered sugar. Anyone had this problem? It tastes great, just too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll leave the sugar out 🙂 Overall good recipe👍

You can definitely serve this at a party, so cute, maybe a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice on top. 😊
You could add crumble Ginger snaps for garnish and a little texture or you could add a few ginger snaps on bottom before piping the mousse.
It's mandatory to use whipped cream from the can after you had the fuss about making the pumpkin mousse… 😅
